Eric Beck, MPT, Cert. MDT, earned his Bachelors in Health Science in 1996 and his Master's in Physical Therapy in 1997, both from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. He went on to complete a certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine. A lacrosse player at the University of Scranton, and now an avid runner and triathlete, Eric enjoys treating athletes of all ages. He lives in Hunterdon County with his wife Lauren and their children, Brady, Delaney and Liam.

     
   

Brian Lehrer, M.S., P.T., Cert. MDT, earned his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1996 from Long Island University. From 1998 to 2000 he was adjunct professor at Hunter College. He went on to complete a Certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine from the McKenzie Institute. Brian is now a competitive tri-athlete three time ironman and runner at all distances.

   

 

   

Steven Parente, P.T., Cert. MDT, earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Daemen College in 1995. Steve founded ProCare in 1998 bringing the area a new treatment philosophy of a Mechanical/Manual approach.  He holds the distinction of being the first Physical Therapist in Hunterdon County to be Certified by the McKenzie Institute.   An avid tennis player and golfer, Steve enjoys treating patients of all ages. He lives in Hunterdon County with his wife Ida and their four children, Dominic, Jake, Charlie and Lila. 

   

 

   

Daniel Pfau, DPT, a former student at Hunterdon Central Regional High School, earned his Bachelors in Exercise Science from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C in 2008. While completing his undergraduate degree he was drafted in the 27th round of the 2006 Amateur Baseball Draft by the Washington Nationals and played at their single-A level for two years as a Pitcher.  He went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 from Drexel University.  He is currently in the process of obtaining his certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine and enjoys treating patients of all types and ages.

   

 

   

Alissa Prentice, DPT always knew that her occupation would be in healthcare and physical therapy was the perfect fit. Alissa received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Delaware in 2010. She pursued her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Drexel University completing her degree in April 2013. Alissa is currently working toward becoming McKenzie certified. She loves treating patients of all ages. Alissa enjoys recreational running, horseback riding, and martial arts.
